As of noon today, June 13th, I had driven almost the entirety of District 1, both east and west of Biscayne Boulevard. The photo above is of NE 143 Street and NE 14 Avenue at Noon today.
- Sole Mia: fully dry (except minor standing water on 151st Street)
- Keystone: fully dry.
- Arch Creek East: fully dry.
- NE 16th & 14th Avenues (including side streets): impassable
